Herbs for anxiety?

I think Valerian works well, what other herbs work? I only know of Lavender but it doesn’t help as much as Valerian for me.
oh and st johns wort

Yep, you’ve actually got a couple of the major ones. Some of the others that are very popular natural products for stress are GABA, L-Theanine, Rhodiola Rosea, 5-HTP, and L-Tryptophan.

    Have you tried 7 azares, or 7 Blossoms They are derived from 7 Citrus trees they work great.
    The great thing about this tee it will calm you down and not make you sleepy.

    Chamomile tea is calming for me, so is jasmine tea.
    5HTP, Valerian, Melatonin, and St Johns wort are some more.

    start yoga exercises, breathing (pranayam) , regularly for 15 to 20 minutes and gradually u will over come the problem…but continue yoga
