I am a life coach and ex anxiety and depression sufferer. When I say ex it does not mean that I no longer ever feel anxiety or even depression, but rather that when I do feel these emotions, I have still got control of my life rather then been at their mercy.
What changed my life? Well I did with the help of some herbs for anxiety. It took a while to find what was right for me and now that I have I hope to help others to do the same.

Valeriana and also Tilo. Both teas make you sleepy.

Try Celestrial Teas, Sleepytime Tea. It has a bunch of relaxing herbs.

Magnesium , in powder form. You can dilute it in warm water or room temp.

it works! I work graveyards so I take it when I need to de-stress and wind down…it also makes you so relaz that you’ll sleep like a baby.
