I would like to thank you for coming to my blog and I hope that you find the information contained within helpful.
I am a life coach and ex anxiety and depression sufferer. When I say ex it does not mean that I no longer ever feel anxiety or even depression, but rather that when I do feel these emotions, I have still got control of my life rather then been at their mercy.
