Most of the people I deal with have been struggling with anxiety disorders for many years and have usually exhausted themselves looking for a solution in every book, course, or treatment program out there. By the time they get to me, they are very skeptical (as is natural) and have little faith in ever getting rid of their condition. I would like to thank you for coming to my blog and I hope that you find the information contained within helpful.
I am a life coach and ex anxiety and depression sufferer. When I say ex it does not mean that I no longer ever feel anxiety or even depression, but rather that when I do feel these emotions, I have still got control of my life rather then been at their mercy.
What changed my life? Well I did with the help of some herbs for anxiety. It took a while to find what was right for me and now that I have I hope to help others to do the same.
I use a herbal anxiety remedy called PureCalm, which is a combination of three of my favourate herbs, none of which have any side effects.

Valerian is a good natural herb which can be taken as an infusion.

look for himalaya herbal products. a herb which is fed to calm agitated elephants was made ready for human consumtion by them!

try a weak rosemary tea. You will know in advance if this will work for you by smelling the leaves (it works if they smell nice). Keep a sprig in your pocket for when you are out and about.

Lemon balm makes a nice tea so does Chamomile and both are used for anxiety. Chamomile should be infused for no longer then 5mins as can get to strong also if seeped longer than 15mins it changes and becomes a stomach-tic which will expel anything in Your stomach.Also good are hops, passion flower and Valerian[helps sleep] and skullcap which s a Strong nervine herb.
For just general nerves try Kalms, they’re really good tablets and you can get them easily

Honey , petals of the rose , sesame oil [ gingelly oil], water of the tender coconut help. Try them for 40 days.
Simple homeo drugs like1] calc phos 6x -pills 2] nat mur 6x pills 3] sul30– pills help. seee a good homeo consultant and tell him more details of your anxiety! when , about what, how , etc you are anxious
