ok im 19 years old and i have anxiety and acid reflux, and im very aware of what over the counter med can do long term so i would like to take a herbal approach to my problems to permanently cure my anxiety and acid reflux and have the old me back , any suggestions?

How to help with my -Dog's anxiety?

My dog has really bad anxiety when i take him out to walk. He just barks at everything and also shakes like he is scared. Same thing when i take him in the car. He shakes, whines, and bark at passing bikes, motorcycles, or people walking.
Does anyone know of a good dog anxiety remedy i can use for him to calm him down.

Has anyone tried herbal treatment for anxiety/depression? Did it work?

I have been suffering with depression/panic attacks for a few months now and I am on Zoloft but I talked with a herbalist and they gave me Omega 3 to take 2 times a day and a liquid called Rescue Remedy, for anxiety. I’m just a little worried about all of it. If anyone has tried it let me know please.

Best 'quick-release' herbal anti-anxiety remedy?

Ive recently had some changes at work that have caused significant anxiety for me. I went to the doctor and was prescribed Prozac, but now that I have it, Im hesitant to take it. I dont feel that Ive given natural remedies a fair chance, an I really dont want to be on meds. I plan to increase my exercise, eat better, perhaps incorporate some meditation and yoga, but in the meantime Id like to find an herbal supplement of some kind that I can take in the moment if I have a panic attack or alot of anxiety, something that hits fast – I guess similar to a benzodiazepine, like Xanax or Valium – but without the addictive properties or any nasty side effects. I dont suffer from any depression, only anxiety. Im actually a very happy person, except when Im panicking lol

Can anyone recommend something like this? Ive only heard Niacinamde (Vitamin B) recommended for this instance. More information about that or any other herbal remedy is greatly appreciated.
My symptoms during panic include elevated blood pressure, muscle tension, and worrysome/intrusive thoughts.

I suffer from depression off and on for years and I have been diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder.last february.I am not feeling any better and I am sick,sick,sick of taking anti depressants and anxiety drugs.Could these drugs be keeping me sick? I get lot’s of therapy and go to groups,I see a therapist every week and a phsyicologist every 2 weeks.

So, if Valerian is a herbal remedy to help with anxiety why does it say to take before bed for help sleeping?

I don’t feel like I asked this question properly but what I am looking for is some sort of vitamin or herb to take that will help me with my anxiety. I have tried exercising and cutting caffienne, sugar and smoking out of my lifestyle but it isn’t helping me. Does any one know of something that i can take and don’t need a prescription for to help me with my anxiety?

I have serious anxiety issues, especially when it comes to traveling. i have a 12 road trip coming up that i have to take because my sister is getting married. im don’t have my license just yet, so i cant drive myself. Also, i dont take medications. Ive never swallowed a pill in my life unless it was chewable, and i dont plan too unless im old and dying.

Does anyone know of any natural solutions for anxiety? Herbs, spices, foods? comething that wont give me any side affects or addictions?

What are some good safe anti-anxiety herbal suppliments..help with quiting smoking.?

I am preparing to quit smoking for the 100th time.
I feel the thing that has failed me before is not treating my anxiety.
I am already a somewhat anxious person and I feel that at present time the nicotine helps alleviate my general anxiety. Without smoking the anxiety is 10 times worse. (In the past attempts I didn’t really crave a cigarette but the anxiety was unbearable).
So I wanting to prepare by maybe getting some anti-anxiety herbs in my system before quitting.
Any good recommendations?

I wrote a thesis level paper on that suppliment. LOL I was on the suppliment and still aced the paper.
I have kids and all now so I can’t go there!
Why don’t they just legalize it already…:(
